Using Formsure to create electronic forms, hospitals can easilyautomate all the paper forms used or even use the free-form note takingfacility with a paper-like interface – all linked to the Meditechpatient record. As a result, Formsure enables hospitals to not justeliminate paper-based forms and retrieval issue, but also to reducestorage costs. Formsure will improve clinical governance and providesfull audit trails on clinical decisions.
